Our Manly Warringah 4th had plenty to celebrate after they saw off Bankstown 4th on Saturday at LM Graham Reserve.
Bankstown 4th set the target, making 144 from 48 overs. Johann Perera posted 60 for our opponents, a classy fifty. Adam Parkinson was the pick of the bowlers, taking four for 26 off ten overs. Toby Seward backed up well, taking two for 27.
In reply, the side reached the target at 3/146 in 29.2 overs. Jack Donnan's 36 off 61 balls was the highlight with the bat. William Akhurst provided good support with 36.
With wickets in hand, the chase was well managed.
That's back-to-back wins for the group. Well played, all.
