It was a disappointing outing for our Manly Warringah, who were second best against Sydney University away from home.
Sydney University finished on 3/141, and we finished on 7/139. Lauren Kua posted a half-century, making 60 off 43 balls with five fours and two sixes. Vaishnavi Deobhankar returned four for 16 for our opponents.
Credit to Frankie Nicklin, who made a half-century (74) for the hosts.
Plenty to take out of this one. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon.
Thanks to our opponents for the contest.
