In NSW Premier Cricket (Women's) action, our Manly Warringah W1 went down to Northern District W1 by nine wickets at Manly Oval on Sunday.
The team batted first and reached 9/75 from 27 overs. Sienna Eve was the best of Northern District W1's bowlers, finishing with three for 10. There were three for 20 for Tara French.
In reply, our opponents passed our total, finishing on 1/76 in 16.4 overs. Kate McTaggart finished unbeaten on 43 for the visitors.
Our opponents were simply too good on the day. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon.
