It was a cracking day for our Manly Warringah 4th, who got past Randwick Petersham 4th at home on Saturday.
We kept Randwick Petersham 4th to 234 from 48.1 overs. The visitors' best was a half-century from Jethro Sharman, who made 81. Michael Counsell was the hero with the ball, claiming a five-wicket haul (five for 62). William Graham bowled superbly for two for 33.
In reply, the side reached the target at 9/236 in 46.1 overs. William Nasser brought up a good half-century, finishing with 54 off 47 balls. Benjamin Stares was the best of our opponents' bowlers, finishing with three for 43.
The work with the ball set up the win. We've now seen off four sides in a row. A day to enjoy for everyone at Manly Warringah.
