It wasn't to be for our Manly Warringah 3rd, who lost their match against Northern District 3rd in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's) action.
Our innings: 198. Northern District 3rd's: 6/201. Brodie Mcdowell made a valuable 49 off 122 balls. A five-wicket haul to Daniel Stickland for our opponents (five for 58).
With the ball, Joshua Wigney did the damage, claiming two for 29 off fourteen overs. Credit to Nicholas Apps, who made a half-century (54) for the hosts.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
