On Saturday at Belmore Park, our Manly Warringah W3 overcame Parramatta W3 by three wickets.
Parramatta W3 batted first and reached 8/112 from 40 overs. Our best with the ball was Holly Searles, who took two for 14. Joleena Wright backed up well, taking two for 27.
In reply, the side reached the target at 7/113 in 38.2 overs. A classy 50 not out off 79 balls from Renee Hough was the highlight. Emily Hatfield contributed 20 off 55 balls.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
