There was plenty to celebrate as our Manly Warringah 2nd overcame Parramatta Second Grade on the back of Edmund Hole's century.
We posted 346, while Parramatta Second Grade made 9/312. Edmund Hole led the way with a cracking hundred, finishing on 174 off 321 balls. Jacob O’Sullivan added a useful 48 off 109 balls. Akshay Joseph weighed in with 32 off 77 balls. Damien Guild was the best of our opponents' bowlers, finishing with three for 34. Prapta Das chipped in with three for 51 for the visitors.
Joshua Lawson tore through the batting order, taking six for 68. Fifty for Jay Noorbergen, who made 61 for our opponents. Naden Cooray passed fifty for the visitors, finishing with 59 not out.
We've now seen off three sides in a row.
Well done to everyone involved.
