It was a day to regroup for our Manly Warringah 3rd, who were beaten by Penrith 3rd in a disappointing result.
First up, we made 6/122 from 20 overs. Jack Melchiore made a valuable 25 off 25 balls. Solid support came from Jordan Brewster, who made 25.
Penrith 3rd knocked off the runs, finishing on 3/123 in 19.5 overs. For the visitors, Liam Devaney made 49 off 41 balls. Our best with the ball was Josh Cooper, who took two for 10.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
The side will be keen to bounce back.
